Here’s how we’ll build your custom fitness and nutrition plan from Day 1:

📝 Step 1: Fill Out the Intake Form

After you sign up, you’ll get a short intake form where you’ll share your:

  • Current weight, body stats, and recent progress photos (the photos are for you, I don't need them)

  • Fitness experience & current workout schedule (if any)

  • Daily routine: work hours, family life, time availability

  • Access to equipment (home gym, gym, resistance bands, etc.)

  • Food preferences, dietary restrictions, and current eating habits

  • Sleep, stress, and recovery patterns

  • Specific goals (fat loss, energy, strength, routine-building, etc.)

The more honest and detailed you are, the better I can build a plan that works for your life, not against it.

⚙️ Step 2: I Build Your Custom Plan

Based on your intake form, I’ll create a plan tailored to:

  • Your time and schedule (workouts you can actually stick to)

  • Your environment (home, gym, travel-friendly)

  • Your goals (fat loss, focus, energy, structure)

  • Your preferences (meals you’ll enjoy and stay consistent with)

You’ll get a complete roadmap — workouts, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and mindset tools — broken into a clear weekly plan.
